The human mind is one of the psychology of eternal research topic, Decision is initiative the important embodiment of human consciousness, attracting the attention of researchers for a long time. Individual decision making is in a certain context, in a finite number of alternative items in the process of selecting the optimal solution. Factors that affect the decision-making can be divided into two parts:Individual characteristics and characteristics of tasks. Individual characteristics as a stable factor play an important role in the decision-making process. And task factors, past research has found that "representation" will lead to different individual appear different decision-making behavior. In the study of traditional decision-making, individual factors that affect the decision-making of related research is less, especially the related research of self-esteem and risk propensity is more rare. Self-esteem and risk decision relations in recent years gradually increased, but different scholars have different conclusions. This study investigates two individual features self-esteem and risk propensity for risk decision and the effect of risk propensity is relatively stable tendency of individual characteristics, risks to different causes the individual to show different attitudes in face of risk decision, thus affecting the individual decision-making behavior. So the two individual features on self-esteem and risk propensity research are particularly important and necessary. And another important impact factors affecting risk decision task characteristics of the study are a important topic in the current academic research, this research focus for the task representation and risk probability and impact on risk decision-making..This study includes three experiments, Experiment1two individual features selection of self-esteem, risk propensity to study the effect on the risk decision. Experiment2research task characterization and risk probability characteristic of two tasks on the influence of the risk decision. Experiment3random extraction of42 subjects using the eye movement technology, Further discusses the task characterization of risk decision-making the impact of cognitive processing.risk decision framework representation is studied on the different background. Experiment of six decision problems are closely linked to the real life of the college students. Decision makers choose to present question, eye movement instrument records the eye movement index. The study results show that:(1) Under positive task characterization, high self-esteem individuals tend to choose risk solutions, low self-esteem individuals tend to choose certain programs; Under negative task characterization, low self-esteem individuals in the context of money the more inclined to the way of risk.Framing effect is not a common phenomenon, is not exist in each of the risk decision.(2) Under positive task characterization, the risk tendency of individual risk than individuals tend to choose conservative plan; Under the negative task characterization, tended to conservative than individual risk individuals tend to choose risk solutions.Under the different framework of characterization, the risk preferences of individual effect showed a single framework.(3) Under positive task characterization, the risk probability of the risk individuals tend to choose plan, individuals tend to choose certain solutions with low risk probability.(4) Under the same decision task, the task of different representation affect individual decision-making behavior, the specific performance for avoiding risk under positive representation, negative characterization for risk.(5) Risk decision of framing effect is not a common phenomenon, is not exist in each of the risk decision. Only in their studies, life, career three situation showed framing effect, and the money situation is not shown.(6) Eye movement data show that:different task characterization of changes can lead to policy makers internal process. Embodied in:positive task, the probability is more than the results to influence individual to make decisions; Under the framework of negative results play a bigger role on the individual’s decision-making behavior.
