The Study On The Influence Factors Of Fujian’s Agricultural Scale Development

Promoting the development of agricultural production, rural economic development and increasing farmers’income are still the core content of China’s rural work.The limitation of the decentralized management on small scale is gradually exposed.Agricultural scale-development not only conduces to solve the effective connection of small farmers and big market, also helps to improve the efficiency of land utilization, labor productivity and the level of agricultural specialization management, raising the possibility of financial credit support, creating favorable conditions for the use of advanced technology and tools.At this point, the key factors affecting the scale farm management becomes a hot issue of academic research.First of all, by collecting relevant statistical data,the study does the quantitative analysis of the present situation and problems of agricultural scale operation in Fujian.Secondly,with large tea as the research object, the paper designees measurement variables and their potential influence factors of agricultural scale operation,thus designs tea farmers questionnaire and collects data.Thirdly, by using multiple linear regression analysis, it identifies the key factors of operation on large scale of large tea growers.Finally, the paper puts forward policy suggestions on strengthening agricultural scale operation in Fujian.Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical research, the main research conclusions of this article includes:①Large tea growers overall think that the development prospect of the tea market is prosperous, there are some room to improve of the satisfaction with the government’s policy supports, and it is without too much difficulty on borrowed money, the convenience of leasing the land or land assignment is good.There is a certain demand for the convenience of employees.Planting technology and tea technology still have room to improve.The mechanization level is still not satisfied.It still exists certain difficulty in the acquisition of tea market information.The cooperative relationship with downstream customer is unstable.②The culture quality of head of the household, social activity ability, whether cooperation with enterprises, the market outlook,conversion price thresholds of tea plantation, ease of employees, planting technology, mechanization level, and customer relationship stability of have significant positive influence on large tea growers.The characteristics of this study are regarding large tea growers as research object, through the questionnaire survey to collect first data,identifying the key factors of operation on large scale of large tea growers,increasing empirical research outcome in the field of the key influencing factors of agricultural scale operation,which has certain theoretical innovation significance.
