| Shandong province is a big ocean province. She has advantageous locationadvantage and resource advantage to develop marine industry. In April2009, whenPresident Hu Jintao on inspection in Shandong province, he pointed out from theheight of the global strategic:"develop the marine economy, the scientificdevelopment of marine resources, cultivate marine advantage industry, and build theShandong peninsula blue economic zone". With the development of marine economy,the single sea or land resources development mode greatly restrict the economicdevelopment of coastal areas. Sea-land industry linkage development is becoming anew trend of coastal area economic development. In order to construction Shandongpeninsula blue economic zone, we must insist on the basis of the industry as a whole,and promote the development of economic linkage of the land and sea.Based on the review and consolidation of literatures of industrial linkage and theindustrial chain, the paper builds industrial chain of marine fisheries, coastal tourismand marine transportation industry, combined with the status of the marine andterrestrial economy development in Shandong province. By using grey correlationmodel of the three representative land ocean industries and related industriesassociation has carried on the quantitative analysis. The aim is to evaluate the currentlinkage development condition of major ocean industries in Shandong province andweather the industrial chain is perfect. And then make some suggests from the angleof industry chain to the sea-land industry linkage development in Shandong province.The main content is divided into five parts: the first part is the research basis about thepresent research situation of sea-land industry linkage development and the comments,and introduces of the organization framework. The second part discusses theoriesabout industry association, the industrial chain and marine industry linkage. The thirdmakes a comprehensive description of the marine industry of Shandong province,including marine fishery, marine transport, marine ship manufacturing industry, coastal tourism and new marine industry, and then builds the land-sea chain in viewof the current situation of marine industry development in Shandong province. Thefourth and fifth part is to use the grey correlation model to simulate the main marineindustrial correlation calculation, and make some suggestions to optimize industrychain according to the empirical results. By using the method of qualitative analysiscombined with quantitative analysis, the results are more reliable.Existing literature research usually stays only on the analysis of the relationshipsof marine industry and terrestrial three times industry association and the constructionof industry chain of the land and sea, lacks of quantitative analysis of the industrialchain perfection. Innovation of this paper lies in combining land ocean industries andspecific industry to build the industrial chain, and by sea and land industry correlationcalculation results to analyze the linkage development and improve the degree ofindustry chain the land and sea. Therefore, suggestions on basis of this empirical aremore practical. Because of the lack of data, the paper can not build industrial chain ofnew marine industries and can not analyze their linkage situation of the land-seaindustries. In addition, this article only describes the correlation of major oceanindustries and its related land industry in Shandong province from a macro level, andfails to form a conclusion of the construction of the Marine industry chain in differentregions in Shandong province. |
