Sea-land Industrial Linkage Development Of Fujian Province From The Perspective Of Industrial Chain

Fujian is a big ocean province, marine industry development has theadvantageous location advantage and resource advantage. Premier Wen Jiabao oninspection in Fujian province, points out that "vigorously develop the marine industry,make full use of marine resources, construct modern marine industry developmentbase and regional characteristics and competitive blue industry area". The sea landindustrial linkage development will help marine location advantages and resourcessuperiority and the accompanying technology, capital, human and the effectiveintegration of advantages to promote hercynian economic great-leap-forwarddevelopment,which has the great significance.Scholars in Fujian Province on how to promote the sea land industry linkagedevelopment have many research, which is from the industry, the sea land integration,and less from the point of view of the industrial chain. Therefore, this article takes thesea land industry chain as a breakthrough,"How is Fujian sea land industryassociation situation, how to construct optimization of the industrial chain, and how tofurther promote the continental sea land industrial linkage development" are used toexpand the article.In this paper,first of all review of the relevant documents and arrange, andconcept the definition of marine industry,ground-launched industry, the sea landlinkage, industrial chain and the theory of the support part, namely industry relevancetheory,the industry chain theory and system theory. Secondly from the perspective ofindustry,analyze the present situation of the development of Fujian province’s marineindustry and land industry,and the degree of sea land industrial connection in Fujianprovince are analyzed. And then by using the grey relation model analyzeaccompanying the relationship of the three marine industries and the three landindustries of Fujian province, and based on this, combine with the present situation ofthe construction of fujian province to the marine industry as the center of three timesthe sea land industrial chain. Finally take how to promote the sea and on the land byindustry chain of Fujian industrial linkage development policy Suggestions. (1)The first marine industry of Fujian province with land industry association ofthe order of the third land industry> the second land industry> the first landindustry.The association of fishery and the third industry is the largest, the secondindustry secondly,the first industry lastly.
