The marine biological pharmaceutical industry is energetically fostered andsupported by Shandong as one of the most potential marine industries. The researchon the sustainable development mode of marine pharmaceutical industry of Shandongis significant for the development of the marine economy of Shandong. This thesismainly researches on the development mode which is most appropriate for thesustainable development of Shandong marine biological pharmaceutical industry,following general theories, making analysis and bringing forward the policy advice.Firstly, the thesis is based on the theories of sustainable development, and ecologicaleconomics, industrial organization, etc, then it combines the experiences and lessonsof the development at home and abroad, and concludes that the development ofShandong marine biological pharmaceutical industry should both be innovative and inharmony with the environment. Then, with the aid of the empirical analysis ofShandong marine pharmaceutical industry, the thesis concludes the problems of thedevelopment which includes marine ecological damage, the low development level,and low level of industrialization, etc. All of these problems have seriously hinderedthe development of marine biological pharmaceutical industry. And then, the thesistries to construct the sustainable development mode, a system in which industry, R&Dinstitution and government all cooperate to innovate, which is referred to ascollaborative innovation system. In the end, the thesis brings forward the policyadvice in order to enhance the operation of the system and the overall sustainabledevelopment of Shandong marine biological pharmaceutical industry.
