Construction Model Research On Urban Farmstead In Kunming

Along with the advancement of urbanization, industrialization process, the area of the city expanding, more and more large and super large cities have been borned, the people living space is extrusion constantly, suburban arable land in the condition of small and scattered. But the emergence of urban agriculture, chang the traditional suburban agriculture, by using urban land intensively, not only provide more security agricultural food and sideline products, but also provides a place for recreation for the people in the city. In the process of the development of urban agriculture,the rising of the urban farmstead as the form of suburban agriculture modernization. The construction of urban farmstead has been started in2012in Kunming, which not only meet the needs of Kunming urbanization construction, also accord with the requirement of the development of Plateau characteristic agriculture in Yunnan. Urban farmstead is not the upgrade of the farm-tourism, but the fusion of production, processing, management, tourism, leisure,entertainment, science and etc. The rising of Kunming urban farmstead is the inevitable trend of urban agriculture development rapidly, but due to the urban farmstead is a new concept, from the enterprise to the people know very little about it, the constraction enterprise lack of confidence and experience. In Yunnan, there is no example to study.In China,there are many differences of climate, earth, farmscale and crop,between Yunnan and other province.At the beginning of construction of urban farmstead, to research and analyze the farm oconstruction mde, may provide reference and theoretical basis for the projects which under construction.This paper choose the research ideas of fieldwork-theory-analysis-summary. First of all, elaborating the research background, purpose, plan and related literature review of this peper. Secondly, from the perspective of theoretical research, researching and analyzing the concept of urban farmstead, cunrent construction situation, summarized the concept of urban fannstead. Thirdly, from the perspective of practice, on the basis of fieldwork of8urban farmstead, summing up the construction characteristics, construction principle of Kunming urban fannstead, using PEST to analysis the farmstead construction environment, and to induct the five construction models of urban farmstead.They are estate construction model, the farm construction model, the park construction model, the base construction model, scenic spot construction model. Finally, according to the different patterns of the construction, put forward the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions, provides certain reference basis to the urban farmstead for better planning and construction in kunming, also provides a theoretical research and experience reference to the urban farmsstead around and other regions.
