Countermeasure Research On Layout Adjustment And Optimization Of Metrological Technology Institution In Tianjin

Metrology is a basic subject which plays very important role in all fields such asproduction, national defense, scientific research and people’s living. Metrologicaltechnology institutions ensure accurate transmission of quality transfer and makegreat contribution to the development of enterprise development, economicconstruction and environmental protection in Tianjin. The purpose of this paper is todesign new system mode to promote the sustainable development of Tianjinmetrological technology institutions and ensure their roles.Tianjin Metrological technology institutions have brought great changes since1980s. Atpresent, there are21legal Metrological technology institutions and27authorized Metrologicaltechnology institutions which are located different districts in Tianjin. Although great achievementmade, there are still some problems such as backward equipments, unreasonable resourceallocation and unbalance allocation of verification items which slow the development ofmetrological technology institutions in Tianjin.Based on the summarize the experience of overseas metrological technology institutions andcombined the present situation of Tianjin metrological technology institutions, the author designsnew system mode of2-level19legal metrological technology institutions and12authorizedmetrological technology institutions and some metrology calibration labs. On the guidance ofTianjin economic development blueprint and based on the principle of metrological technologyinstitutions serving economy and social development, Tianjin metrological technology institutionshave3-level including legal technology institutions, authorized technology institutions andcalibration labs. This paper describes the new system mode and support conditions.At last, concerning the new metrological technology system mode, the author puts forwardthe countermeasures and suggestions for high-level, middle-level and metrological technologyinstitution in Tianjin which ensure the development of metrological technology institutions.
