In recent years, with the continuous development of social economy, the progress of science and technology, the rapid development of the communications services, and the intensified competitions of three communications operators among China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, data services are replacing traditional voice communication services and becoming a new profit area. In this situation industry informatization products come with the tide of fashion.For particular industry customers, how to plan and develop industry applications, how to design and carry out multifaceted cooperation, how to make the industry of information technology services have a strong vitality, and how to make users get a good application, are a direction which three communications operators work hard for and advantage which three communications operators want to achieve. At the same time China mobile Communications Group is also very concerned about the development, promotion and operation of mobile information products business model.In this paper, the patterns and statuses of communications market is analyzed step by step, which are based on the political, economic and environmental analysis of MH, through the measures and effect analysis of communications market from the past two years, the problems of developing and maintain the rural market, are described. The SWOT method is used for determining the feasibility of this project, the considering and thinking of the communications industry and agricultural cooperation project during the study stage of feasibility are described, the problems and measures during the beginning of cooperation are analyzed, the results achieved are demonstrated, the improvement ideas about promoting the "Sugar communication" system development are raised.After three years of operations, the "Sugar communication" program byBN Mobile Branch in cooperation with YM Sugar achieved remarkable results.300users of YM Sugar,800drivers and16,000sugarcane farmers are bounded by "Sugar communication" system. This system, which has been highly recognized by the majority of users’ sugarcane farmers, but also gained considerable economic benefits, has become Xishuangbanna, Yunnan agricultural information optimal solutions.With the continuous process of informatizational promotion in the country, China Mobile will get more and more cross-industry cooperation projects, especially in economically underdeveloped and low cultural level areas, and the market of cooperation with agriculture is very huge. Sugar communication brought new development direction and mode to agricultural information, the pace of construction of rural information is greatly promoted, and the foundation for other cross-industry business models of mobile information products to promote is laid also.
