Employees at the grass-roots level are customer-facing window of bank, their work status often determines the image and vitality of the bank. On the other hand, the most important reserve forces is Junior staff. Good performance management not only benefit for Junior staff to assume greater responsibility but also have important significance of improvement business processes and competitiveness.Based on Performance management system,the author find some problem worthy studying and discussing.We found:In order to promote employee performance management, the stage of plan, coach, implement and apply need to be optimized and improvement. In the process of Suggestions, the author combined with own working experience focus on how to design reasonable planning, performance indicators.For example:How to Continue to promote performance management with dynamic performance coaching. How to effectively implement performance evaluation and accurately obtain the achievement of performance goals;How to use performance result to promote employee performance levels and safeguards. I hope this article provides suggestions and opinions for performance management to junior staff of Kunming Branch Bank.
