With the development of economy and society,women play a more and more important role in social development.However,compared with men,influenced by traditional ideas,women are more likely to be trapped by family and produce work pressure;in addition,women are also more likely to be limited by innate physiological and psychological factors,and more likely to produce pressure in work,and even suffer from various physiological and psychological diseases.If female employees are under high pressure for a long time,it will affect the quality of work,and then affect the overall efficiency of the company.Most of the employees in HD bank are women,who undertake most of the work.Due to the direct contact with customers,the staff's working attitude has a direct impact on customer satisfaction,to a certain extent,on the customer's whereabouts and retention,thus affecting the performance and image of HD bank.And in the work,the grass-roots female employees often face a lot of pressure.On the one hand,we have to mechanically repeat the monotonous and tasteless similar work every day,and at the same time we have to deal with some unexpected situations;on the other hand,we are faced with the pressure brought by salary and welfare,working hours,work intensity,promotion channels,interpersonal relations,enterprise transformation,personal and family factors.If these pressures are not released for a long time,the physical and mental health of female employees at the grassroots counter will be affected,which will affect their working conditions,and then affect the core competitiveness and sustainable development of HD bank.In this paper,based on a systematic review of domestic and foreign research theories related to work pressure,through a questionnaire survey,we analyze and study the current situation of work pressure of female employees at the grassroots counter.Then,the paper puts forward the work stress management strategy of HD bank's basic female employees from seven aspects: salary and welfare,working time,work intensity,promotion channels,interpersonal relationship,enterprise transformation,personal and family factors.According to the research,HD bank should pay attention to the stress management of employees,through improving the salary and welfare,arranging the working time reasonably,reducing the work intensity,unblocking the promotion channel,building harmonious interpersonal relationship,promoting the transformationof the female employees in the grass-roots counter,relieving personal and family pressure and other specific measures,fully reduce the work pressure of the female employees in the grass-roots counter,and improve their work efficiency And comprehensively promote the stable and sustainable development of HD bank.
