The Food Industry Producer Integrity Problem Research

With the rapid development of economic society, the food industry development of our country has made great progress. China’s food industry achieved impressive performance at the same time, should also see today, food safety problems emerging in China increasingly serious. The main reason is that lies in the food industry producers lack of integrity. In this paper, the food industry producers lack of good faith, from three aspects:government, society and producers know itself in the maintenance of food safety in the shoulder social responsibility and code of ethics should be fulfilled。 According to the traditional concept of credit management combining with the current hot issues to resolve the food industry producers integrity problem, this paper concluded that producers lack of integrity problem resolve not only need a sound legal system as the basis, the strict regulation system as guarantee, strict law enforcement measures as a means, need more rigorous honesty education propaganda system as the guidance. Combined with the government, the society and the three angles, producer itself to food industry producer honesty phenomenon countermeasure analysis. And put forward some feasible countermeasures to food industry producers of integrity problem, for the food industry in our country’s credit management research has important practical significance. Maintain food safety problems, therefore, to ensure that producers of the good faith management not only should the laws and regulations such as heteronomy level emphasized that more should from the inner moral self-discipline consciously abide by the good faith management idea, both inside and outside food producers lack integrity problem.This paper is divided into five chapters:the first chapter and the second chapter presents the food producers to discredit the research background, purpose and significance and relevant explanation and definition of the concept. The third chapter elaborated our country food industry producers lack of honesty in the production process and the specific performance in the field of circulation. The fourth chapter from three aspects, such as government, society and producers of Angle, the producers of food safety, analyzing the phenomenon of lack of honesty and comprehensively expounds the producers lack of good faith in food safety reasons. Chapter v from the government level, social level, producers themselves countermeasures to the problems of the food industry producers lack of integrity analysis。 From the Angle of law. puts forward the government should intensify supervision; Increasing illegal punishment, ensure the effective government law enforcement, consumer also should have safety awareness and consciousness to curb producers lack of honesty in the food safety. In short. this paper think that not only to producers lack of good faith in the legal weapon to solve food safety problems, also need to improve the whole society and producer’s own moral integrity level, set up good social ethos. through the legal norms and ethics formed two forces on food producers lack of integrity constraints of the problem.
