The Regulation Of Food Enterprises Lack Of Integrity

Food safety issue is not only related to the health and safety of people, but also related to economic development and social stability. In recent years, food safety incidents often found in newspapers, showed a serious lack of integrity of the food business.The research of Business Credit Lack is to promote a culture of integrity and improve the food safety regulatory system to ensure food safety. In the article, list of induction, game analysis are the main research methods, asymmetric information theory and game theory as the theoretical basis for the study. In order to seek regulatory path,we build the game model,and analyse the influence factors of the game strategy choice.The phenomenon of food companies lack credibility is particularly prominent in procession of product production and marketing of circulation areas, widely distributed in the production, processing and sales of various links. Information on the food market asymmetry cause the failure of market mechanism, causing the main reason for lack of food business integrity. In addition, the food industry weak sense of integrity and regulatory mechanism is not perfect cause further deterioration in the food market integrity management environment.In the game of consumers and food companies, consumer reports can promote food companies operating in good faith, but the high cost of the report will reduce the enthusiasm of consumers report. With the Matlab software to simulate the evolution process of the credit imbalance between food enterprises, we found that with the strengthening of the punishment to dishonest enterprises, the probability of food enterprises operators dishonesty declining. However, the regulatory costs are too high, supervision efficiency is low, the regulatory authorities can not play enough punishment on dishonest enterprises. However, with the strengthening of consumer supervision, the regulatory authorities change the information disadvantage, regulatory costs get lower.In the game of food enterprises and regulatory authorities, the results show that in the long-term evolution process, the regulatory authorities will strengthen supervision, food companies tend to business integrity.According to the game theory analysis results, the regulation of dishonest food enterprises fellow the four aspects : firstly, to strengthen the responsibility of supervision and reduce the cost of supervision, improve the supervision efficiency of the government departments; secondly, enhance the penalty amount, play an incentive role of integrity evaluation system, improve the consciousness of food companies operating in good faith; thirdly, increase investment in food security information, improve the food information disclosure system, establish food safety information sharing mechanism; fourthly, improve external environment of consumer rights protecion, ameliorate the food safety reporting system to improve the enthusiasm of the supervision of the consumer.
