Enterprise Knowledge Management Research

With the mature development of advanced technology and internet， today’s industryhas been transformed into knowledge-oriented companies， the profitability of theenterprise is no longer dependent on tangible capital， but depends on the ability of thecollection and use knowledge (knowledge management)， through knowledgemanagement to increase the investment and management of potential knowledgeresources， the aim is to enhance the knowledge of the company’s output value and IQ. Inview of this， when company grow and thrive that it have also constructed internal theknowledge database，and for a multinational company， how to retrieve，verify，store，distribute， through the knowledge of internal organization is also requirement thatcompany face to rapidly changing environment， order to enable enterprises to quicklyreact and issued the right decisions. Therefore， for the study of knowledge management isan important issue that can’t be ignored by the enterprise.For a large-scale enterprise， regardless of the number or types of data (files) theyface are many and complex， these files are scattered among the various regions withdifferent employees， the absence of an effective system of collecting and collating thesedata， and such valuable information will not be able to form a useful knowledge.Secondly， if only the data stored centrally in the enterprise server， there can be only thefunction of storage and backup. It can’t play knowledge performance. Therefore， how touse these data to give full play to the performance of these knowledge， It will be researchfrom this paper.This article take multinational companies as examples introducing the company toimplement the specific practices of knowledge management. How knowledge management from design， manufacturing， sales， services， to enhance corporate IQ. For explicitknowledge documents， how take advantage of the system and knowledge via organize，summarize， classify， store， and other ways to achieve the purpose of knowledgemanagement.
