With the degree of China’s land market gradually improve,The land market isbecoming more and more to "openness, fairness and justice" develop in the direction ofmarketization, standardization and legalization,through the market mechanism decide theallocation of land resources and its comprehensive effect, realizing the maximization ofland value and social benefits. In view of the land is a special commodity, the study of theland market marketing strategy and how to carry out land marketing activities. What arethe problems and reasons in the land market marketing? How to put forwardcountermeasures research orientation is the basic background and research strategy isproposed in this paper to study.In this paper, based on an investigation of the current situation of Chongqing LandGroup, analyses the main problems and reasons existing in land marketing. and use of theland market, the marketing related theoretical basis and interpretation on the basis ofliterature review,in problem oriented, using supply and demand theory, competition theoryand SWOT, PEST and other marketing analysis, evaluating the external environment andinternal conditions of Chongqing Land Group land marketing, marketing present situationand existing problems, and puts forward the land marketing should set up customeroriented marketing strategy, design customer driven marketing strategy for specific content,suggest through organizational change, personnel training, incentive policies and measuresto provide guarantee.In this paper, by applying the basic concepts of marketing theory and the principleand analysis method, combining with the Chongqing Land Group land marketing practice,problem oriented study, thesis results so as to provide theoretical basis for land marketingand practical reference value.
