Analysis On Poverty Alleviation Model Of The Concentrated Poverty Region Merging Under The Constraints Of Ecological Frangibility

Youyang is located in southeast Chongqing Wuling Mountain, rockydesertification degree is deep, the ecological environment is fragile; In the greatwestern development and the rise of central China strategy convergence zone, theeconomic situation is relatively backward, poverty is more prominent, and carry outstudy on poverty alleviation mode of ecological vulnerability analysis has importantpractical significance.This article on the basis of characteristic and current situation of Youyangenvironment, from natural and human factors aspects, select carbonate rocks outcroparea, rocky extent, per capita arable land, arable land slope, soil erosion area, thevegetation coverage, the agricultural population density, soil erosion modulus, etc.10indexes, using the theory of system science and the theory of sustainable development,establishing ecological vulnerability evaluation index system, using analytic hierarchyprocess and building membership function to evaluate Youyang ecologicalvulnerability, the results show that the whole ecological environment in Youyangbelongs to extremely severe vulnerability.For the study of the relationship between ecological fragile degree and poverty inYouyang, using the index of Head Count ratio and poverty gap ratio and Sen index tocalculate the poverty degree of Youyang, and using coupling degree model tocalculate coupled index of ecological vulnerability and poverty in the study area,analyzing about the ecological fragility and poor coupling mechanism in depth, theresults show that Youyang’s degree of coupling ecological vulnerability and povertydegree is0.47, belonging to the antagonistic period. On this basis, and in accordancewith the study of fragile ecological background characteristics, proposed region’spoverty reduction strategy and the corresponding mode which in accordancewith the regional development. That is extremely severe vulnerable area mainly takethe ecological migration patterns and natural enclosing ecological restoration model;severe fragile area with natural enclosure and artificial promoting ecologicalrestoration model and labor output model; moderate vulnerable area take returningfarmland to forest and grassland ecological restoration and conservation modelcombine with the optimization of the industrial structure, various businesses model;mild, potential ecological mainly adopt efficient (fine) ecological agriculture model and ecological tourism development model.
