Study On Precise Poverty Alleviation In Zhangqiu Ji’nan

Eliminating poverty is the duty of the society.Since the foundation of the People’s Republic of China the government has been keeping adjusting the method with the change of the times.The traditional model of poverty alleviation in this context becoming inefficient,the important idea of "precision poverty alleviation" was put forward instead.After summarizing the experience of poverty alleviation work and analyzing the performance of poverty alleviation methods,it will be better to promote the work of poverty alleviation throughout the country and contribute to the goal ofbuilding a well-off societyinan all-roundway in2020.Jinan Zhangqiu District with Chairman Xi Jinping’s Strategic Thinking on PovertyAlleviation and Development in the new period as a guide,and adhere to the problem-oriented,focusing on short work,innovativing ways of working methods,deepening the precision poverty alleviation and precision out of poverty,precision counting through out the whole process of the precision poverty alleviation and precision out of poverty,and achieved remarkable results.This paper takes Zhangqiu area as an example to study the performance of poverty alleviation period in Zhangqiu area through field investigation and case study.This paper studies the precision poverty alleviation in Zhangqiu through field research and case study.This paper introduces the concept theory and historical evolution of poverty alleviation and development,introduces the background of the emergence of precision poverty alleviation,systematically analyzes the basic situation of poverty population in Zhangqiu and the measures taken by Zhangqiu poverty alleviation.Through the analysis of poverty alleviation,The problems exposed in the process of precision poverty alleviation are aimed at further improving the efficiency of poverty alleviation,and put forward corresponding suggestions andsuggestions for the furtherdevelopment of Zhangqiuarea.The innovation of the article is reflected in two aspects: First,combines the database data and survey data during the process of data analysis,uses field research to obtain more intuitive data during deeper analysis of Precise poverty alleviation,which makes the data more believable,the analysis mor thorough and the research more substantial.Second,pays more attention to the accuracy of the effectiveness of poverty assessment during analysis,in the summary of the all kinds of poverty reduction methods results,through the case analysis method,carries on a more accurate analysis of the effectiveness of Precise poverty alleviation,settles the the effectiveness of povertyalleviationdirectlyon the impact ofthe Precisepovertyalleviation.Taking rural poverty alleviation and development in Zhangqiu as subject,this paper puts forward problems in the aspects of poverty alleviation,social participation,the participation of the poor,and the enthusiasm of poverty alleviation by data analysis,field investigation,summarization of results of others.Based on the experience of other advanced areas and the actual situation in Zhangqiu,the author puts forward some suggestions for the next step of poverty alleviation and development in Zhangqiu district.First,improves poverty alleviation and development system,gets more social help;Second,increases investment in human capital,improve the poor people’s own ability to make fortune;Third,continues to do a good job of Precise poverty alleviation projects;Forth,improve thepovertyalleviationanddevelopmentassessment mechanism.
