A Study Of Starting A New Undertaking By Home-Returning Korean Chinese Abroad Labor To South Korea

With the China opening, go out of the country, to a foreign business, labor export, has become a pillar of economy of Yanbian, has made certain contribution to the economic development of Yanbian.According to the Korea labor workers in Yanbian area home return behavior study, based on the relevant literature, academic data and interview data, a preliminary outline the motivation, current situation and existing problems of Korean laborers have returned back, and puts forward some suggestions for reference. The main point in this paper is a social phenomenon, should pay attention to workers returning home, the government should support policies, build returnee pioneering platform, do a good job in social security and public services, so that these groups play their effectiveness in home construction, promote sustainable development of my hometown.This paper is divided into three parts, the preface, main body and conclusion respectively. The preface mainly expounds the research status quo, research significance and research ideas and thesis framework. The text firstly expounds laborers returned back to the background and motivation, several types of Korean laborers have returned back:"active regression type","passive regression type" and "temporary regression". Secondly, Korean laborers have home business model described by some typical examples, as well as the existence of family life, excessive consumption and conspicuous consumption gap problem and social security problems. Third, positive effect against Korea workers returning home and negative impact of reflection, proposed some about the placement, re employment, entrepreneurship training, build a platform, and guide rational consumption and the policy level to build a good mechanism suggestions.
