Research On The Problem Of Migrant Workers Returning Home To Start Businesses In Songyuan City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

My country is a country with a large proportion of the rural population.Since the reform and opening up,my country’s urbanization has accelerated,and a large number of rural laborers have gathered in cities,resulting in the emergence of "intensive","pathological" urban development,and "hollowing" of rural areas.A series of problems such as "decline","population aging" and "left-behind children".In order to allow cities and villages to develop together and solve the main problems of rural development,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out the important practical significance of the rural revitalization strategy at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and expounded the rural revitalization strategy from five perspectives.The implementation process of the rural revitalization strategy is also a process of optimizing the allocation of migrant workers.In this process,it can promote migrant workers to return to their hometowns and start businesses,thereby promoting rural revitalization and development.Based on this,this paper uses the method of literature research and questionnaire survey to investigate the problem of migrant workers returning to start businesses in Song yuan City under the rural revitalization strategy,focusing on solving the problems existing in the allocation of rural human capital in Song yuan City,aiming to guide migrant workers to return to their hometown reasonably and effectively.Rural entrepreneurship to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in the process of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses.For example,at the government level,the investment in science and education is insufficient;the attractiveness of high-quality returnees is insufficient;the supporting basic services are not comprehensive;the pressure of long-term employment in rural areas increases Such factors are the main factors restricting the return of migrant workers in Song yuan City to start their own businesses.At the level of migrant workers themselves,the pressure increases and entrepreneurship blindly follows the trend;the limited improvement of ability level is the main factor restricting migrant workers in Song yuan City from returning to their hometowns to start businesses.In view of this,the article proposes countermeasures to promote migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses.At the government level: expand policy support to speed up local economic development;strengthen organizational management to help migrant workers return to their hometowns to start businesses;Entrepreneurship education team.Individual level of farmers: take the initiative to accept vocational re-education and training;make rational decision-making and rational entrepreneurship and other suggestions.
