Research On The Model And Strategy Of Auto Parts’ Supply Chain Logistics

Auto parts supply chain logistics is in the upstream of the automobile industrychain, and it is an important part of the supply chain. Paper focus on the operatingcharacteristics of auto parts supply chain logistics management, based on relatedtheoretical in domestic and foreign research literature, analyzes the development trendof auto parts supply chain logistics management, elaborates the problems of difficultin selecting auto parts supply chain logistics’ model and of the supply chain running.Through practical case studies and literature collection, to select automotive partssupply chain logistics model by using FAHP with selection and evaluation factors.And for the auto parts supply chain logistics operation, put forward managementoptimization strategies for the problem of auto parts supply chain logistics operation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Description and analyze the characteristics of the auto parts supply chainmanagement and logistics in the supply chain environment, study the existing modeland operating status of auto parts supply chain logistics.(2) SWOT analysis on the management of the auto parts supply chain logistics inauto enterprise, research the development trend of the auto parts supply chain logisticsand then combing the problems.(3) Analysis of auto parts supply chain logistics model, comparative study theirfeatures, advantages and disadvantage of self-logistics model, outsourced logisticsmodel and logistics alliance model according to the features, advantages anddisadvantages. Selecting supply chain logistics model based on fuzzy analytichierarchy process, and then certified it by case;(4) With regard to the problems in operative the auto parts supply chain logistics, put forward operation optimization strategy under the optimization ideas ofdifferentiate, collaborative, unified and information, with the guide of improveoperational efficiency, save operating costs and enhance the supply chainorganization’ competitiveness for auto parts supply chain logistics.
