The Interest Guarantee Of Land-lost Peasants In The Process Of Urbanization

Taking the Xixi Wetland land-lost farmers as the main research object, this paper explored the interest security problems of the farmers who lost their land in the urbanization process. By way of visiting investigation and questionnaire survey, it was obtained and analyzed that the situation, which was about their daily life, living environment and pensions, of Jiang villagers of Xixi Wetland before and after losing their land. Basing on interviews, the problems reflected by the land-lost farmers were investigated, including their compensation, income, daily life, living environment, pension problems and so on. After comparative analysis of the results and problems obtained in the interview, the gap between realistic interest requests of the farmers and government performance was also discussed. For land-lost farmers interest security problems, this paper put forward corresponding ideas and measures from four aspects, including establishing and perfecting the land requisition system, establishing the land-lost farmers’social security system, guiding the land-lost farmers autonomous employment career and guiding them to join city life. This will definitely promote and consummate our country safeguard measures about the benefits of land-lost farmers, and thus promote the development of urbanization in our country.
