Research On Power Efficiency Of Logistics Management Based On Enterprise Resource Planning

In the context of rapid economic development, electricity demand is growing year by year and the pace of power construction is accelerating in China. Requirement for power logistics management is also increasing. Therefore, using advanced management concepts and techniques to improve the power logistics management efficiency has become an important part of the power enterprise logistics management. Logistics management information system can make various aspects of electric logistics achieve communication and information sharing, promotes electric power enterprise logistics chain from the original single link into an organic whole, and changes the traditional mode of operation of logistics management. It has become an important adjunct of power enterprises to improve logistics management efficiency.In the basic theory of logistics management efficiency, this paper mainly studies the following contents:firstly, introduce the connotation and characteristics of electric power logistics management efficiency, and a detailed analysis of the power logistics management efficiency evaluation process. What’s more, factors affecting the electric power logistics management efficiency were studied. Secondly, this paper introduced situation analysis of electric power logistics management efficiency in China and the ERP system, and thought ERP systems were the comprehensive solution of enterprise information and enterprise competition in the era of knowledge economy. The implementation of ERP in a certain extent could improve and enhance the level of enterprise logistics management and improve the efficiency of logistics management. Then impacts of ERP on logistics cost, materials and distribution management efficiency were analyzed. Again, combining case studies of background, process and experiences of ERP implementation of Beijing Electric Power Company, some problems were pointed. Finally, this paper analysis the efficiency of logistics management of Beijing Electric Power Corporation based on Data Envelopment Analysis, constructed CCR model and BCC model, and established input-output index system. Taking the Beijing Electric Power Corporation branch for example analysis, and pointed out the advanced experience of Beijing Electric Power Corporation to implement the ERP project has achieved in improving the management efficiency of the power of logistics.This research helped the similar power enterprises to improve logistics management level, optimize key business processes, adapt to future development and market competition, and provide a positive reference for its development.
