With the rapid development of new technologies, the traditional newproduct development of project management model was unable to meetbusiness needs. The SZ Company is high-tech enterprise with IT-based,IA-based industry, computer technology R&D as the core of productionand sales. However, the project management of new product R&D hasmany problems, such as new product simple development process, lowcost and products, resulting in that the product development cycle arelonger and the quality is not reached, resulting in that the development ofproduct process are delays and the quality did not meet the phenomenon.There have a lot of new product development projects, but the successrate is very low. To solve the new product development projectmanagement issues, this paper SZ have an optimization for the newproduct development of project management.In this paper, SZ company R&D departments of new productdevelopment of project management, analyzes hinder developmentproject management bottlenecks and problems.
