| Currently,the scale of network infrastructure construction of major operators around the world tends to be flat,which makes the competition of global mobile communication equipment market increasingly fierce.At the same time,some global operators such as Vodafone,Orange,and Etisalat have been affected by national policies and exchange rate fluctuations.The Group’s investment in network infrastructure construction has also decreased year by year.In order to seize the local market share,the operators have more requirement for radio network quality and user experience.Facing the severe competition situation,the service competition has become the focus of communication equipment corporation.This paper introduces the significance and impact of Z corporation radio network RNO oversea project management,and takes the country E project as an example to conduct in-depth analysis of the current management status,and revises and summarizes the actual projects according to the five process groups in the project management to find out management problems in the project implementation process.After discovering the problem,classify the problem according to the ten knowledge areas,and distinguish in detail which issues belong to integration management,scope management,cost management,quality management,human resource management,stakeholder management,procurement management,time management,risk management,communication management.According to the number of problems in various areas,the corresponding knowledge areas are selected for research on management methods.In the research,the problems are from abstraction to concreteness,and reasonable suggestions are proposed based on the professional project management flow.Through the improvement of the project management level,to help the future service project implementation process,there is sufficient management experience to learn,to achieve the purpose of reducing risks and improving delivery quality.Taking Z corporation radio network RNO oversea in country A as an example,after systematic research,it was found that most of problem in implementation occurred in stakeholders management,quality management,scope management and communication management.Combined with the process approach in the field of knowledge,there are four recommended suggestions which were promoted in the whole projects.In the follow-on project implementation,the indicators were found to have improved through the overall KPI trend. |
