ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) enterprise resource planning system is based on information technology, a systematic management idea, decision-making management platform for the enterprise managers and staff. The basic data management, business process, management thought, finally realize the purpose of design management.One of the Huadian Group’s five major power generation group, its capacity big, huge installed needs a lot of material supply, but also requires strict management measures. Material management in the implementation of large scale is very difficult.The SAP system is in ERP software, is a global technology leader in enterprise management software and solutions, it is widely applied. The standardization of the system with the function of internal SAP development platform using ABAP language to develop the system, making it through the development of standards of business process, Huadian ERP (a) system in material module realizes materials, materials procurement plan, procurement sourcing, warehouse, suppliers and other aspects of management. Based on the flow of system operation and communication with business personnel, describes the current group of materials control, and looked forward to a new management model and the corresponding implementation method.The centralized procurement needs three class unit group, regional companies, the basic units are coordinated with each other. Process is relatively complex, software requires a critical control point very much. Based on the ERP (a) project, Huadian material module centralized procurement process description, introduced the application of centralized procurement. Now, ERP (a) project has been in use on-line pilot unit.
