The coal industry is an important basic industry during the12th five-year.With the coal market reform deepening, the coal industry is of great significance for the sustainable development of economy and social stability in our country.Because the unbalance distribution of ourcoal resources, strong competitors and mineaccidents, coal production enterprises’operation is faced with severe test. If coal production enterprises want achieve long-term development,they must change the backward management ideas and methods.This article will take the value of GQ coal production enterprises as the core, and research the value of each activity to the coal production enterpriseaccording to the operating characteristics of GQ coal production enterprises.First of all, this article clear the value of the coal production enterprises according to the theory of value management.
