Research On Performance Management System Of Shi Zuishan Power Supply Bureau

With the rapid development of economic society and the continuous deepening of the power industry reform, more senior managers have realized the close relationship between human resources and modern enterprise’s competitive advantage. The importance of performance management is to be realized. Strategic target of enterprises would be implemented and expanded by effective performance management. It makes staffs to understand more about enterprise strategic direction, which would be implemented into daily work. Thus strategic objectives for the enterprise would be bottom-up achieved finally. Effective performance management can also promote the rationalization of the working process, enable the enterprise workflow to be designed around the enterprise’s strategic direction and core competitive ability, which will be more efficient and orderly. On the other hand, an unsuccessful of performance management system means a huge risk. It will surely affect the sustainable development of the enterprise. In this paper, the current existing problems and shortcomings of the enterprise performance management are analyzed and the method of summarization, comprehensive analysis and comparison are introduced to analysis and improve the performance management system in Shizuishan Power Supply Company. Systematically argument is made with the thought of puting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, and a suitable assessment method for enterprise at all levels is established through detailed research. Finally, a framework for the enterprise development is established with the key points to implementing the performance management system, to improve the level of performance management and the competitive of enterprise, and to realize the strategic target of enterprise.
