As one of the world’s more advanced human resource management method, Performance management play an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of modern enterprises. If all aspects of performance management can not achieve effective control, performance management can not achieve the desired results. On power companies, conduct performance management is a necessary requirement for building reliable power grid, providing quality services,but also to achieve employee management, an important way to improve employee initiative and consciousness. If you can’t make good use of performance management, the actual work may appear greater difficulty or deviation; if performance results can’t be effectively applied, can’t play an important role in its constraints and incentives of employees, performance management is difficult to achieve the desired results.
