| Power grid operator is the core business of power supply enterprises. Security and stability of Power grid is the implementation of the conditions of electricity supply services. Power grid operation and maintenance personnel can not produce tangible products, it can not directly provide intangible services.The results of its work is to ensure the security and stability of the power grid. Therefore, power supply enterprises performance management, of transmission line operation and maintenance personnel are with extremely important practical significance。In this paper, by using application of theories and methods of performance management and through learning from the domestic and foreign experience in electric power enterprise performance management, analyzes the relationship between the strategic objectives of power grid enterprise and the organizational performance appraisal index system of the power supply bureau. For the problems in transmission line operation and maintenance personnel performance management, this paper points out that through integrated application of management by objectives, balanced scorecard and other theoretical methods, combined with actual work operation and maintenance of transmission lines, we can research and design the performance measures system of transmission line operation and maintenance personnel, support corporate strategic objectives and requirements of the work, design performance management cycle of transmission line operation and maintenance personnel. Based on the actual operation and maintenance of transmission lines, the measures of the comprehensive application of performance evaluation are researched in this paper too.
