Study On The Fine Cost Management Of Power Supply Enterprise

As is known to all, power industry plays an important role in both national economy and basic industries. With the further development of the power system and the increasingly fierce market competition, improving the cost management of internal power supply enterprise is required to enhance their competitiveness, and promoting cost control and meticulous management has become the first priority for supply enterprise in management. To improve their internal cost management ability and core competitiveness, the enterprises should take the road of cost control management, realize effective cost control and lower operation cost.Based on the outstanding research achievements at home and abroad on the cost management of the enterprise, this paper is going to explore the problems of cost refinement management taking the characteristics of production and management and the actual operation situation of power supply enterprises in China into consideration. Firstly, we analyze the problems and difficulties exist in the cost management of power supply enterprise. Secondly, try to solve the problems with the fine cost management methods, and then find the most effective method of accounting, set up strict operation procedure and establish a system for fine cost management under the direction of centralized accounting system. Finally, offer a feasible scheme to improve the cost management ability and the competitiveness of power supply enterprise. The results of this study will provide theory and practice for the power supply enterprise to help improve their cost management level.
