Research On The Application Of "Twenty-four Solar Terms" Meticulous Management In Ningbo Power Supply Company

As an advanced culture and technology method in modern management, meticulous management is applied more and more widely in different industries. Up till the present moment, China’s power supply enterprise management mode still had some unscientific problems. There is an urgent need for introducing meticulous management to improve the management mode and improve the quality of management.This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the main task and characteristic and the internal and external environment for the power supply enterprises, and points out the rationality of applying meticulous management in power supply enterprises. The Twenty-four Solar Terms Table is a kind of meticulous management method in recent years which has been put into use in power supply enterprises, but its feasibility and effectiveness remains further analysis.In this paper, firstly, we introduced the relevant theoretical basis. As a national power companies in recent years, this paper introduces the Twenty-four Solar Terms Table " and its application in electric power enterprises, a detailed management operation method, including the connotation, characteristic and operation method of meticulous management, the definition, features and operation procedures of PDCA cycle and the origin of 24 solar terms table and the application of that in the enterprises. Secondly, the management status of power supply enterprises were analyzed. On that basis, this paper demonstrated the rationality of power supply enterprises to carry out meticulous management.Thirdly, the power supply company in Ningbo is the case enterprise in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the the necessity and applicability of the application of the 24 solar terms table to carry out meticulous management, the paper took the safety supervision department of the company as an example to expound the application of 24 solar terms tabie in the company. Fourthly, in order to verify the rationality and application effect of 24 solar terms table to carry out meticulous management, this paper learned from PDCA cycle and FAHP method, which was used to enhance the quality management, to evaluate the rationality and implementation effect of the 24 solar terms table in Safety Supervision Department.The results showed that the 24 solar terms table was in line with the connotation of meticulous management and it played a positive role in promoting the work of power supply company in Ningbo. One was the improvement of the safety data. The second was to improve the quality of the staff, from being managed to managing. The third was to markedly enhance the safety consciousness of the staff, from making me be safe to I want to be safe, and to I’ll be safe. The fourth was to put the security responsibility in right place and improve the safety management effect. The fifth was that the work flow became clear and developed orderly. In addition, there were still some shortcomings of the 24 solar terms table. One was no setting goals. The second was the lack of assessment index. Thirdly, there is a lack of the association between tasks. The fourth was part of the work lasted more than half a month. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward some optimization proposals and protection mechanism to improve 24 solar terms table method, so that it could be more in line with the requirements of meticulous management and improve the quality of meticulous management of power supply enterprises better.
