Affect the overall corporate strategy development enterprise is a business establishment or development of the first to think and research. Business strategy of the enterprise is vital issues, enterprises should carry out all operations within the framework of corporate strategy. In the fierce market competition, every business has its own characteristics, and other enterprises with different resource endowments and resource constraints, but it faces the same competitive market, companies must carefully analyze the external environment and internal environment for the conduct accurate industry positioning and market positioning, develop appropriate strategic business development decisions, enhance their core competitiveness of enterprises, the formation of the advantages of sustainable development. In this paper, UOB project management company, for example, to analyze its current operating status and problems encountered in the business, through the analysis of the company’s internal and external environment, as well as the integration of the company’s existing business, trying to survive for future business and development to determine the goals, to develop a viable business strategy, and the strategy for the implementation of the strategy put forward their own initiatives.The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is Dahua Engineering Management Company (hereinafter referred to as the large Chinese company) is currently enjoying introduced engineering consulting industry background and proposed research questions, namely:strategy for large China’s significance and role; chapter introduces some basic concepts and strategic management theory, as further elaborated Dahua development strategies in the new situation provides a theoretical basis; Chapter Ⅲ describes in detail Dahua Company facing the industry environment and the social environment, through in-depth analysis of these external environment to identify key factors affecting opportunities and threats Dahua company that exists; then Dahua company’s internal environment for accurate and objective analysis to identify the problems of the company. to determine Dahua company’s internal strengths and weaknesses, select the companies below to provide a basis for the implementation of the strategy; fourth chapter focuses on the basis of SWOT analysis for a large Chinese company to develop corporate strategy, the company’s current strategy proposed goals and plans; and introduce corporate strategy implementation and control, based on a clear strategic mission and focus on the implementation of the strategy proposed several stages of work, and suggestions for the implementation of the strategy process control and adjustment to ensure that the large Chinese company corporate strategy to maximize execution bring significant development for the enterprise. This paper defined the broad strategic goals Dahua development company, which established an overall strategy, local strategies and the corresponding functional strategies and the implementation of the strategic plan process, and highlights how to design effective under current conditions the company’s functions strategic Implementation Plan. Through the company’s strategic research for UOB, its better in the fierce competition in the consulting industry to survive and develop proposed a correct strategic direction. The main direction of future research is to investigate and study the effectiveness and environmental strategies for the implementation of the objective conditions of the changing circumstances.
