Government's enhancement of competitiveness has also promote the regional political, economic and social development, and vice versa.In this paper ,we based on the content of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, by analysising the concept of Government competitiveness, content, structure , understanding and awareness of the Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will be on the Northern Gulf Economic Zone in the region environment, summed up that the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region's Government show the main factors: the location, resources, factors, policy factors, the organizational structure , Policy and with the adopted methods of SWOT to analysis the strengths and weaknesses opportunities and challenges of government competitiveness, and come up with all the questions as well as the reasons, and even the feasibility proposals to upgrade the Government competitiveness, to promote the development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone's economic and better social development, minimize the gap with other economic areas, and is of great meaning for Guangxi's prosperity and Prosperous.
