In recent years,some companies due to lack of ethical and moral concepts,lead tobankruptcy and social crisis of confidence,then managers and scholars are increasinglyconcerned about ethical leadership.In order to enhance the organization innovation andadaptability and to obtain the lasting competitiveness, the organization hopes that employeescan provide the suggestions and opinions on continuous improvement about it actively, notjust to complete the work within their duties. Employee voice which is the important thoughtsource of organizational innovation, has great significance for organization change anddevelopment, is therefore paid more and more attention to by the business circles andacademia.On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the existing literatures, according to the socialexchange theory, contingency theories of leadership and so on, the paper puts forward aconceptual model and research hypothesizes at the individual level, along with the idea of“Ethical Leadership'Organization Identification/Leader-Member Exchang'voicebehavior”. The paper compiles the initial questionnaire by using domestic and foreign maturescales for reference. Based on the small samples pretest, asking experts and enterprise staffsadvices and group discussion and so on, the initial questionnaire is revised to form a formalinvestigation questionnaire. The questionnaire survey was conducted in enterprises of thePearl River Delta region, and acquired a total of289valid samples. The study will include theuse of documentary research, depth interviews and questionnaires, and the use of correlationanalysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regressionanalysis to explore servant leadership and voice behavior. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Ethical Leadership has positive impact on LMX and organizational identification;(2) Ethical Leadership has positive impact on voice behavior;(3) LMX and organizational identification has positive impact on voice behavior;(4) Mediating functions of LMX and organizational identification on Ethical Leadershipand voice behavior.
