With rapidly development of the Internet,not only to bring technical convenienceto people, it is ecbolic new business model.The enterprise which take a new businessmodel at the age of internet has obtained the huge success, such as Dell company,Amazon Co, so the business model and innovation becomes a hot issue in academicresearch. However, the domestic and international scholars who research on enterprisebusiness model at present have not yet formed a unified, comprehensive theoreticalframework,and there are still many gaps at the field, especially the research aboutbusiness model innovation in an industry.Based on these, this paper attempts toexplore its business model and innovation from a new angle of view smart-phoneenterprises--this particular industry, so as to better guide our smart-phone enterprisebusiness model innovation to get success.In this paper, under the background of Internet and in the value networktheory,the research about smart-phone enterprise business model innovation, andelements from the core customer value proposition, value network, value creation,reveals the nature of business model innovation, value added that constitute the coreelements of business model of collaborative change brought to the whole valuenetwork. At the same time, based on the summary of the smart-phone business modelclassification, discusses the mechanism innovation of the business model of mobilephone business intelligence and the implementation effect evaluation system.Through the above research, the smart-phone business model innovation modelbased on Internet has an important guiding significance for China’s local enterprisesabout smart-phone. The integration of various resources value network to realize theinnovation of the commercial model, in order to obtain a unique competitiveadvantage, promote sustainable development of smart-phone business.
