| New urbanization is a hot issue currently being studied in China and the world. China comprehensively promoting the socialist modernization process in order to fully realize the strategic goal of modern society, we must first solve the outstanding problems of urban and rural dual structure, urban and rural development. In this paper, the development of urbanization and abroad learn from historical experience of urban development road with Chinese traditional deep reflection of a comprehensive, fully demonstrated and analyzed in information technology, market-oriented, ecological and historical background of globalization, according to new directions and new features urbanization development, put forward China’s new urbanization concept of development, evaluation mechanisms and choose the path and pattern, and discusses the scientific planning and management of new towns to build a harmonious society, a green environment and farmers of transforming public and several other major issues, and the implementation of China’s new urbanization policy suggestions evaluation mechanism and mode selection. The main purpose of this study is to explore the road in line with China’s national conditions of a new urbanization development in order to improve the level and quality of China’s new urbanization development. |
