Research On The Cooperative Modular Innovation Of The Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Liaoning Province

The equipment manufacturing industry is important for national defenseconstruction and national economic development among all the manufacturing industries,and is the foundation of national economic development especially industrialdevelopment. The Northeast of China as well as Liaoning province is as an importantindustrial base in China.In recent years, with all levels of governments’ attention andsupport, the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province hasobtained a series of achievements, gradually among the domestic front row. But overtime, due to technical closed, the gradual loss of ground source advantage, innovationand development lags behind, these factors make the equipment manufacturing industryin Liaoning province achieve further development more difficultly, looking for newdevelopment power, to achieve industrial upgrading and further enhance are the corecompetitiveness of the industry for Liaoning province. It is an urgent need to solve theproblem.The research shows that most of the time the modular production and the industryinnovation development is in line. Changing the traditional innovation into cooperativebehavior between modules, makes each function module cooperate and compete equallyunder the rules of integrators, so the information can circulate smoothly between eachmodule. it can know more about each other’s information, then heighten the rate ofcooperative innovation and output level. As a result, new innovation model coupling themodular thought drastically overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional innovationmode, modular collaborative innovation will become one of the main mode of theindustrial innovation activities.In this background, this paper made its study. By adopting the method of theoreticalanalysis,the method of model analysis and the method of countermeasure analysis,thepaper firstly studied the theory of the modular, cooperative innovation and equipmentmanufacturing industry at home and abroad, then extracted the follow-up study oftheoretical support. Secondly the paper built a modular collaborative innovation modeland used the method of game theory to verify it. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province, We found thatit’s available for the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province and all hopethe model can guide the development of the industry with its production of cooperativeinnovation between enterprises. Finally, the paper put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions to the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoningprovince in the aspects of how to implement modular collaborative innovation andenhance the level of industrial innovation.
