Research On Collaborative Innovation Drives Regional Economic Development Models,Paths And Policy In Liaoning Province

Innovation is the source of economic development.It has achieved broad consensus on the the development of the economy.Along with the rapid development of economic and social,and global market competition intensified,collaborative innovation as a deuterogenic innovation that is more suitable for the complex economy and has become a hot topic for scholars at Forging and domestic.At the time when the revitalizing the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China turn into a national strategy,the Liaoning economy is at a critical stage of climbing over the hill and stabilizing the bottom,studying how to solve the problems of collaborative innovation in Liaoning Province,and seek a road compatible with actual development.With profound significance for further enhancing Liaoning Province's innovative strength and realizing the more effective driving of innovation to economic development.The paper on basis of the previous theoretical foundation,and uses the compound system and coordination evaluate model to construct a corresponding index system.Assessed from three aspects of the collaborative innovation of Liaoning Province,the synergies of the various innovative entities in the province,and the degree of regional collaborative innovation and innovation in the province.A comprehensive consideration of the collaborative innovation in Liaoning Province led to a series of conclusions about the collaborative innovation of Liaoning.It also pointed out that there are many problems in the process of collaborative innovation in Liaoning.Based on this basis,the paper Put forward the optimization of general collaborative innovation model in the province,combine with the current state of the development in the provinces,and related theories of collaborative innovation,designs a "point-group-line-surface" collaborative innovation path that is compatible with the actual development of the province.In addition,the issues summarized in the previous section are guided by the proposal to include Top-level design,concentration of Innovation elements,optimization of mechanisms,and ecological construction construction,as well as strong operability and pertinence of governance proposals.and proposals for action measures are put forward in an atempt to have a positive impact on the improvement of Liaoning's collaborative innovation capabilities,conducted in this paper will so as to better serve the economic and social development of Liaoning Province and contribute to the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China.
