Huatai Property&Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd.(for convenience, hereinafter referred to Huatai Insurance) is the first company to introduce EA (exclusive agents) marketing model, which is popular in the international market, in China. This draws a great concern in the insurance industry. This thesis sets the research object on the implementation of EA marketing model in Huatai Insurance, conducts a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of Huatai Insurance based on the insurance theory. Then, analyzes the situation of the implementation of EA in Huatai Insurance and summarizes the experience and shortage of the implementation of EA marketing mode in Huatai Insurance in the last four years.For the problem Huatai Insurance encountered during the implementation of EA marketing model, this article develops an appropriate marketing strategy for EA marketing from the perspective of4P and proposes a series of marketing strategy implementation suggested. Through the development of marketing strategies and support measures, it will help Huatai Insurance to improve it’s business performance, enhance core competitiveness and promote the thinking in the innovation of marketing model in China.
