In recent years,the new generation of employees gradually into the community,and hasbecome the main force in the community,they play important roles in most works ofenterprises,how to retain these employees have become a research priorities both in academiaand business.Therefore, this issue starting from employee loyalty,make the new generation ofknowledge worker as research subjects,try to discussed the factors of the new generation ofknowledge worker’s loyalty.Firstly,this paper studies and summarizes existing research,then talk with some newgeneration of knowledge workers about employee loyalty,finally get all kinds of loyaltyfactors involved in this study according to the existing research and the interviews,and dishmy hypothesis.This study disseminate more then300questionnaires to the new generation ofknowledge worker comes from different cities and industries.This study include factoranalysis, reliability analysis, analysis of variance,correlation analysis, regression and personalcharacteristic variables.According to the result of the correlation and regressionanalysis,factors of job,leader and company both can impact employee’s loyalty positively.Jobfactor includes job’s content and salary,leader factor means leader’s ability and style,companyfactor is composed by company’s image,company’s system,relationships and company’senvironment.Except job’s content,the others can influence both normativecommitment,affective commitment and continuance commitment positively,job’s content justcan influence normative commitment and affective commitment.As the result of the analysisof variance,most personal characteristics can influence the employee’s loyalty but age, job’snature and level posts.This article gives five suggestions to company from the aspects of job,leader andcompany.Help the company to strengthen the management of the new generation ofknowledge worker,and improve the new generation knowledge worker’s loyalty.
