With the progress of The Times,the new generation of knowledge-based employees represented by the 1980 s and 1990 s are stepping into the workforce and becoming the main force in all walks of life.Cenozoic knowledge-type employees growth in China's rapid economic development and social culture highly open era,prompt them to individual character characteristic,value concept and ideology,etc,and there is a huge difference between the previous generations of constantly transforming traditional enterprise human resources management concept.Work performance is an important measure of success or failure of the enterprise,which is the key to the sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise.So what factors influence the performance of the new generation of knowledge workers? How should companies improve their performance?The empirical study of this paper is based on the new generation of knowledge employee performance management of W company.Found through the study of this paper,factors affecting the performance of new generation employees into individual,social,and three aspects of organization,enterprise aiming at the influence factors of performance to solving,is a deficit,cannot essentially promote Cenozoic knowledge workers performance,suggest that enterprise innovation organization management pattern and the salary distribution system,the implementation of the project scheme of single one.Rowed small business units in the form of the project,then each project as a platform for new generation of knowledge staff to conduct oneself,the employment relationship into a partnership,realize self-management,self-motivation,let nature take its course to improve job performance;At the same time,the individual and team work with the team to settle the workload,and put the employees' passion and ability to work closely together with the labor remuneration.Enterprise implementation of the project organization and the joining together of one single operation,can let the staff benefits as "business operator",increase their sense of ownership and management,to form enterprise countless deep combat effectiveness of the combat unit,climb the new peak add endless fighting capacity for the enterprise.
