Environmental and resource problems are the bottleneck of economic and socialsustainable development in the world today."The Yellow River delta efficient ecologicaleconomic zone" and "central plains economic zone" have to rise to the national strategy, but"the national development planning", the region is positioned to limit the development ofagricultural products producing. In recent years, the contradiction between the rapidurbanization and environmental protection is very outstanding. As the combination of the twoarea, the lower reaches of the Yellow River coast city, on the whole, in the face of strongdemands of industrialization and rapid economic growth and the lower reaches of the YellowRiver coast city population size is too large, agricultural output value proportion is too large.The spread of the Yellow River, sedimentation and protection of the cost of the Yellow Riverare didn’t match with the demands of economic development. So on the lower reaches of theYellow River coast city economy system have obvious vulnerability analysis and research ofnecessity is obvious.This paper USES the theory and method of vulnerability analysis, this paper discussesthe lower reaches of the Yellow River coast city in resource utilization problem under theinfluence of the economic system vulnerability. Economic system from the Angle ofvulnerability to two aspects of internal and external disturbance of resilience and sensitivityanalysis, and establish the vulnerability evaluation index system, USES the coordinationdegree analysis method at the same time, build the lower reaches of the Yellow River coastvulnerability assessment model of urban economic system after the dynamic difference inspace and time evolution of the two Angle of view, analysis of the lower reaches of the YellowRiver coast city economy system development the fragility of the internal differences incharacteristics, action mechanism and evolution law.
