The Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone In The Coordination Of Economic And Environmental Analysis

Yellow River Delta located in the Yellow River estuary of coastal areas plays an important strategic position in regional development. The geographical scope includes all parts of Dongying and Binzhou city and its adjacent area, Hanting District of northern Weifang City, Shouguang City and Changyi City, Laoling and Qingyun District of Dezhou City, Gaoqing District of Zibo City and Laizhou of Yantai, involved19districts of6cities, with a total area of26.5thousand square kilometers which accounted for one sixth of the province.Dongying City located in Yellow River Delta of northern Shandong Province, the Yellow River flow into the Bohai Sea in the territory of Dongying City. Dongying is a core area of the Yellow River Delta development and construction. Construction of efficient ecological economy is the inevitable choice for the development of Yellow River Delta and Dongying will become a strategic area of the efficient ecological construction. Efficient ecological economy is an intensive model of economic development with typical ecosystem characteristics, performance and efficient operation of the entire economic system, economic, social and ecological development, which performance as the efficient operation of the entire economic system and the coordinated development of economic, social and ecological.This paper selects Dongying City as a typical representative of the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone, through qualitative and quantitative evaluation of Dongying efficient eco-region's economy and the environment, further analysis the coordination of its economic and environmental development, which is of great significance to extend to the entire Yellow River Delta efficient ecological zones.In addition to the introduction part, the first chapter introduces basic theory and relevant indicators related to the coordinated economic and environmental development. Point out that the modern market-oriented economics, easily lead to short-term behavior of treatment after pollution which will hinder the sustainable development of the economy and environment. Then promote the economic and environmental sustainable development theories, the on behalf theory are environmental economics, ecological economics and recycling economics.Secondly, this paper analyzes the current state of economic and environment of Dongying City. Economically, Dongying City realized rapid development. Environmentally, though the eco-environmental quality continued to improve, the problem of serious pollution and resource over-exploitation is still outstanding.Again, this paper constructs an economic environment index system index system of four-story structure which contains index layer, system layer, subsystem layer and indicator layer. Using of frequency analysis, principal component analysis, correlation-coefficient analysis to screening indicators and entropy method to empower. Surveying related data of Dongying and using this index system analysis the economic and environmental coordination degree. On this basis, propose the general idea that the level of economic and environmental development of Dongying City, has been slightly lower than the level of coordination, but the comprehensive strength of Dongying gradually increased, the composite index increased rapidly and both showing a convergence form.Finally, propose the path and countermeasures for promoting economic and environment coordination development.
