Improvement Of New-urbanization Of Process Evaluation And Quality In Western Region

Implementing the strategy for the development of the western regions has beenthrough15years that the western development strategy been put forward since1999.The level of development has been significantly improved ineconomic,infrastructure level and people’s living standards also been improved, so theurbanization level has been already on the new step.In the new urbanization strategyof countries,the author evaluates the current situation of urbanization development inwestern ragion applied the new urbanization development requirements.New-typeurbanization level of western region is calculated and the author analysises andevaluates the new-type urbanization quality.This paper adopts the method of the qualitative analysis and quantitative toresearch the thesis.First of all,the qualitative analysis method is used to outline theprocess of urbanization in western region.This paper compares west region withcentral and eastern regions in population urbanization level and urban infrastructure,urban comprehensive bearing capacity and the level of living,it shows that there is agap in all of the4aspects between west ragion and central and eastern regions.It constructs a quality evaluation index system of new-type urbanization ofwestern region on the basis of literature research, the author collects the original dataof24measures of variable, using SPSS statistical software and principal componentanalysis modelcalculates principal component quality score and comprehensivequality score. Ranking each of new urban value and defining the quality level ofvarious partson the basis of new urbanization quality grade evaluation criteria. Drawthe model of the urbanization quality distribution from the map space of the westernregion and found that there is a huge regional differences among ragions. Therefore,further analyse is neededto find the causes of regional differences; some suggestionsare given to enhance the level of quality of western urbanization in the background ofurbanization advancement.
