Customer manager as an important human resource bank’s normal operation, is the bank be a stroke above in many of his competitors, occupy a space for one person and an important guarantee in financial market. And the success or failure of customer manager recruitment is related to the Banks would have the high quality talent team, relates to the success or failure of bank strategy implementation. Traditional recruitment methods focus on attention to apply for personnel work experience, knowledge, skills, etc. appeared characteristics, ignoring the recessive characteristics of recruitment effect is not ideal, an urgent need to introduce a new theory of existing recruitment system optimization adjustment.
