In recent years,with the influence of the policy guidance of the real estate industry,such as "no speculation for real estate",the national macro level and local governments have carried out regulation on the real estate industry,and the real estate market has presented a relatively stable development.The past era of "extensive operation can still be easily profitable" is gone forever.The continuously increasing market concentration and the continuously compressed market development space aggravate the operation difficulty of real estate enterprises,and put forward higher requirements for the operation and management of real estate enterprises.The real estate enterprises also have an increasingly urgent need for excellent professional managers.Talent recruitment is the key channel for enterprises to obtain external excellent talent resources and also the key link of human resources work.However,traditional talent recruitment focuses more on superficial characteristics such as knowledge and skills,and pays little attention to potential competencies such as intrinsic motivation and traits.There is a serious problem with such recruitment and selection,that is,there is great uncertainty in the prediction of the future performance of the candidates.The recruitment system based on the post competency model is helpful for enterprises to accurately and efficiently recruit talents with the competencies needed to produce high performance behaviors.The establishment of the recruitment system based on the post competency model can promote the enterprise to realize the high match between the staff quality and the position,and can also lay a foundation for the realization of the fine management of talents.R Real Estate Company is a class A qualified real estate development company.Project development is the core business unit of R Real estate company and also the source of enterprise operating profit.The general manager of the project is the first person responsible for the operation and development of the project.Due to the big difference in the company’s operation strategy and the project’s own attributes,the project general manager’s competence has differentiated demands.How to scientifically and effectively recruit and select the project general manager meeting the needs of the company and the project is of great significance for R real estate company.This article through to the recruitment,recruitment system,competence and post competency model theory research,familiar with master post competency model building principle and process,and select R real estate company,general manager of project as the research object,to study and analysis to the project general manager post recruitment plan,have been put forward for the recruitment selection related problems of " A research on the recruitment program design of project general manager for R real estate company based on post competency model ".The scheme combined with R real estate company enterprise culture,enterprise development strategy,project development,operation,etc.,comb determine R real estate company project manager competency model,and based on the competency model to optimize recruitment selection plan,application of competency model to R real estate company,general manager of project post preparation,recruitment,selection and recruitment and evaluation,to provide better person hillock matching method and basis of precision in numerous talent recruitment to meet the demand of R company,general manager of project,realize the efficient configuration,human resources to improve organizational performance,win the core competitive advantages.
