With the development of economic globalization,human resources have become a very important resource for all countries in the world.For Chinese enterprises,not only should they have good product quality and high-quality services,but also need professional and technical personnel.Only in this way can the enterprise develop in the long term in the fierce market competition.For our country's enterprises,the main way to acquire talents is recruitment.The smooth progress of recruitment work is closely related to the establishment of a perfect competency model.In recent years,many scholars in my country have devoted themselves to the study of the competency model,and have conducted analysis from many aspects such as psychology,human resources,and education.Chinese companies have gradually begun to apply the competency model in the process of talent recruitment,but basically in industrial enterprises,there are few studies on the use of the competency model for engineering consulting companies,and very few use this model for project managers.Not much.Based on the competence model as the theoretical basis,this article starts with the project manager's recruitment management work,combines ZT Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.'s actual situation and the engineering consulting industry's development needs,and analyzes and builds on the company's project manager's recruitment management work.It has theoretical and practical significance to come up with a practical and efficient recruitment management work method to further improve the efficiency of the project manager's recruitment management work.This article uses literature research,interviews,questionnaires,and case analysis to analyze the current status of recruitment management of project managers of ZT Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.,briefly describes the problems in its recruitment management,and analyzes the reasons for its establishment.The project manager's competency model,and based on the competency model,established the ZT Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.project manager recruitment management work plan,which provides a useful reference for ZT Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.to effectively carry out recruitment management.
