Research On The Financial Support In Rural Urbanization Development In Hechi City

Urbanization is an important and effective way of expanding domestic demand and the transformation of economic growth mode. It is important for future economic growth. Currently, urbanization is a major problem social and economic development, and takes a prominent position at all levels of government work. The Third Plenary Session of the18th Central Committee noted that the establishment of the integrated urban and rural construction land give people Empowerment of contracted land circulation.These policies will further accelerate the development of China in urbanization level. The paper was based on the theory of urbanization and financial analysis to analyze the relationship between urbanization and the development in financial development of Hechi. It was mainly discussed the background and significance of this paper and a review of the research literature on domestic urbanization and financial support, and then proposed the idea. And describes the theoretical basis and the model development in urbanization, Brief on urbanization model of dominate market government. It was introduce the development status of Hechi city of urbanization. At present, the level of urbanization, infrastructure construction, characteristic towns effect, Industrial optimization level in Hechi has improved continuously. However, Hechi has some problems, such as low level of urbanization, inadequate financial support, outstanding contradictions between supply and demand of land, small size of Centre County and so on.Analysis on the financial support in rural urbanization development in Hechi city played an active role in financial support for infrastructure building, Park economy, trade and industry, agriculture-related economic development, rural tourism development, agricultural industrialization development. But there are still problems in the following areas:financial support for the particular constraints of urbanization development, security system does not improve the lack of urbanization financing basis, the ways and means of finance supporting in the development of urbanization are single, financial eco-environmental restriction in their lending, and financial supporting policy is quite difficult to meet the urbanization development needs. Through the analysis of statistical data of Hechi city, the results showed that:increasing of finance-related rate will promote the development of urbanization while the increasing in efficiency of financial development did not promote the development of urbanization. Based on the analysis of the previous chapters, to provide some suggestions from angle of Governments, regulators, financial institutions and promote financial support for the urbanization development.
