With the development of society,private enterprises in China play an importantrole in Chinese iron an steel industry and make great contribution to the nationaleconomy,but there are also some shortcomings such small scale,poor efficiencyand technique.In face of new situation,private enterprise need to ensure thesustainable development.The paper includes5patrs.The first chapter is about the background of thetopic,the significance,the outline,the content and methods of the research.Thesecond chapter introduce the definition of salary and some incentive theory.Thethird chapter is about the analysis of the back ground and the present state ofsalary in JinXin company.The fourth chapter is about the principle of the salarydesign,basic process,analysis of the post and evaluation,the staff get differentamounts of salary according to the different post grades.The fifth chapter is theconclusion of this paper and some contents remaining to be improved.In my opinion,there are three advantages of this paper.Firstly,In the salarytheory support, on the status of JinXin’s salary system for the analysis of thequantified scientifically, find out the existing salary system problems, through acomparative survey of the market pay level positioning helpsenterprises;Secondly,use compensation factors theoretical points of lawknowledge re design of the Jin Xin Foundry Company pay system, establish amulti-level, multi rank salary system can improve employee sense of fairness inpay, the new compensation system with fair and competitive, has certainreference function to the development of other similar enterprises;I design thesalary system of JinXin company according to the salary theory and make it fairand competitive.If possible,other private enterprise can share it with us.
