At present, the science of the salary system is an important index of weighing enterprise's competitive power or not, to determine the key factors to enterprise's loyalty and hard-working intensity of staff too. The point salary distribution system is introduced to the field of enterprise as a new salary design method, change main basis post grade confirm staff traditional salary system design mode of salary. Unique point regulating function its overcome staff to be salary difference obvious effectively, drawback difficult to reflect of the contribution rate. However, during the process of introducing and using the point salary distribution system specifically, because not clear enough to understand its principle, lack the unified design standard, or the design method to choose is owed the scientific reason, lead to the point salary distribution system existing a great deal of enough, not reach its expected motivation. So direct of our country actual conditions of enterprise against, design one suitable for general science of enterprise improve, operational better firewood order and make imperatively.This text on the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and international relevant research results, lead by present enterprise salary drawback of system into some firewood make the necessity that salary is designed. The point salary distribution system changes worker's idea, promotes the rationalization of income of non-agricultural workers and optimizes the management environment inside enterprises. Then analyze the theoretical foundation and method that the point salary distribution system is designed. On design considerations, the system should reflect efficiency and fair principle at the same time. At design method, it should adopt the point salary distribution systm of foreign country, which make more scientific than native firewood. Then explain the concrete step in which salary is designed in detail, and establish a way that designs the factor of consulting, designs salary of post and performance, and designs other salary module. Finally, taking XX power plant's firewood salary design practice for example, according to the mentality of designing herein, explain some concrete construction schemes of making salary of firewood of this factory.
