Food safety directly affects the public health and life safety,is the focus ofcommon concern in the world.In recent years,major food safety incidents occurredrepeatedly in the field of food safety in China,caused public panic andanxiety.Investigate its reason,although there are businessmen seek nothing butprofits,moral decay,but is more exposed our country has many problems andshortcomings in the food safety supervision. The government responsibility for foodsafety regulation is very important, the validity of local government food safetyregulation,will directly affect food safety and the health of our people.Investigationand research on the current situation of food safety supervision of localgovernment,you can find out the problems and shortcomings of our government inthe food safety supervision of local area,to improve and perfect,build unified andperfect local government food safety supervision system.Based on Jiaozuo in henan province as an example, this thesis aims to Jiaozuocity food safety supervision of the status of the investigation research, reveals theproblems existing in the actual work and analyzes the causes of the problem.Thisthesis argues that the current main problems of local food safety supervision:one isthe regulatory cross, overlapping, vacancy phenomenon,the second is the complexregulatory environment is difficult,three is the examination technology to lagbehind,fourth, early warning and emergency response work does not reach thedesignated position.The main cause of these problems lies in:the first is theimperfection of the relevant laws and regulations;followed by long regulation, thelack of a unified, authoritative leading institutions;again is the heavy and regulatoryfood safety regulatory task force is weak;four is diversified supervision system lackof unified perfect emergency system; five is overseeing technical support system isnot sound.On the basis of analyzing the problems and the reasons for comprehensive,putforward a series of targeted and operability of strengthening local food safetyregulatory path: improving food safety laws and regulations system; establishing clear responsibility and power, unified and efficient food safety regulatory system;enrich and strengthen the supervision power at the grass-roots level; establish aperfect early warning and emergency response system; build a unified perfecttechnical support system.
